1. What is VIP

2. About the Video and photos quality

To keep the quality of our videos in high level, we like to use the latest high performance DV and DSLR to shoot the videos and pictures.

For the videos before 2015, we use Panasonic's professional's DV-DVC33( Japan is DVC30), it has 1.3 mega pixels, 3CCDs, to take the DVD quality videos. From 2016 to 2019, we use another Panasonic DV to take the HD video(1920*1080), from 2019 to now, we use Sony's a6300 and Nikon's Z6 to take the videos, some are 1080p videos, some are 4k videos.

For the photos, before 2016, we use Nikon's D200( with 50/1.4, 85/1.4, 18-50/2.8, 80-200/2.8 professional lens, and SB800 professional flash light ), from 2016 to now, we have added Nikon's D7000, D750 and Z6, Sony's a6300 to take the high quality photos. Certainly we have also updated to many new lens like 35 1.4, 24-70/2.8 and some mirroless cameras lens.

3. How to pay

The best way we suggest is Paypal. It is easy,fast and safe. If you havn't Paypal,we also accept bank virement. Our paypal account is nimuda@vip.163.com. If you need bank virement, please mail to us for detail.

4. Shipping

We use Fedex or EMS for shipment. For the detail information, please refer to express . For Fedex, it is only 4 days to American, 7 days To Europe.

5 I'm a Type A VIP, How I can get 150 US $ free Video.

Yes, as type A VIP member (the VIP fee is 120 US$), you can get 150 US $ Video. It is a gift for you. Do not abort it. You can get it anytime. If you need it. You can send a mail about the Video number you choosing to 51hair(nimuda@vip.163.com). You will choose two way to obtain it. One is download, 51hair will give you the download URLs. Another is express, 51hair can help you burn the Video on DVD. But you need to pay the express fee and DVD burning fee. Download is the best way, quick and free.

6 what is download speed

To let 51hair members have a good feeling of our videos, we supply two ways for download, one is hightail, this is quick for Europe and American friends, another way is Google driver, this is quick for all friends on world.

For Chinese members, we also supply Baidu cloudy for downloading.

7 Where is 51hair's server

Our server is in American, so the visit speed is quick for most of 51hair members

For new videos, you can get the download URL at once after you pay the fee by paypal, for some old videos, we will send the URLs to you in 2 to 12 hours.
